Mr. Gebru Tesfaye (PhD. Candidate) has successfully defended his Doctoral research dissertation proposal today.

The title of the proposal is, “Theoretical modeling of the Size and Shape of Dependent Thermo Physical and Optho Electronic Properties in Binary Semiconductor Nanoparticles”. Mr. Gebru Tesfaye is from the College of Natural and Computational Science in the Physics department.

This PhD. Program is run in collaboration with Yancheng Institute of Technology, China. The defense was highly educational and not only the examiners but also all attendees learned a lot from the session. This Doctoral research dissertation proposal defense is the first historical event in Wolkite University establishment history.
