CHARACTERIZATION AND UTILIZATION OF BREWERY SPENT GRAIN AS A CATTLE FEED, COMPOST AND BIO-ENERGY. A CASE STUDY OF ZEBIDAR BREWERY, WOLKITE, SOUTH ETHIOPIA |
Structure of spent grain produced from Brewery factory will be determined The efficiencies of compost from spent grain will be studied comparing from other types of agricultural produced fertilizers. Production of bio-energy from spent grain will be conducted as an alternative source of energy and finally the result will be used as a primary source of date for the university and zebidar brewery. |
