The Department of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering at Wolkite University is a vital part of the College of Engineering and Technology, playing a leading role in advancing Ethiopia’s water sector. Academic Programs

The department offers a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering, with a curriculum aligned to international standards and tailored to Ethiopia’s unique hydrological challenges. The program blends theoretical foundations with practical training through:
