በማእከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞን በቡታጅራ ከተማ የሚገኘው በወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የቡታጅራ ካምፓስ ምረቃና ይፋዊ ትምህርት ማስጀመሪያ ፕሮግራም በአባቶች ምርቃት የተጀመረ ሲሆን በምረቃ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ በክብር እንግድነት የተገኙት የማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር የሆኑት ክቡር ዶክተር እንደሻው ጣሰው ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት ካምፓሱ በመመረቁ የተሰማቸውን ደስታ ገልጸው የአካባቢውን ማህበረሰብ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ ብለዋል፡፡
ርዕሰ መስተዳድሩ አያይዘውም የሀገራት የመወዳደሪያ ነጥቦች ሶስት መሆናቸውን አስተውሰው የመጀመሪያው የኢኮኖሚ አቅም ግንባታ ፣ ሁለተኛው የቴክኖሎጂ እና የዲጂታላይዜሽን ግንባታ ሲሆን ሶስተኛው ወታደራዊ አቅምን መገንባት መሆኑን ጠቅሰው እነዚህ ሁሉ ግን የሚገነቡት መሰረታቸውን ትምህርት ላይ በማድረግ መሆኑን አብራተዋል፡፡
በመሆኑም ከቅድመ መደበኛ ጀምሮ እስከ ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ድረስ ያሉት የትምህርት ተቋማትበጠነከሩ ቁጥር ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ተግባራት ያለ ጥርጥር ማሳካት እንደሚቻል ገልጸው መንግስት በትምህርት ላይ አዲስ አቅጣጫ እየተከተለ በመደመር ፍልስፍና በመመራት ዕረፍት የለሽ ተግባራትን በማከናወን ላይ መሆኑን በማውሳት ዛሬ ላይ ያስመረቅነውን ካምፓስ እንደትልቅ እድል በመውሰድ በተለይም ወጣቶች የመጣውን እድል በጥበብ ሊጠቀሙ ይገባል ብለዋል፡፡
ክቡር ዶ/ር ደረጀ ዱጉማ የኢፌዴሪ የጤና ሚኒስቴር ሚንስትር ዴኤታ እና የወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የስራ አመራር ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ በበኩላቸው እንደገለጹት ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በመማር ማስተማር ዘርፍ እንደሀገር ከፍተኛ የሆነ የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ካመጡት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መካከል አንዱ መሆኑን ጠቅሰው ይህም በተጨባጭ ሊመዘገብ የቻለው የዩኒቨርሲቲው አመራር ለጥራት በሰጠው ልዩ ትኩረት ፣ በተግባር ተኮር ትምህርት ዘርፍ ላይ በትኩረት በመሰራቱ እና ላቦራቶሪዎችን፣ ወርክሾፖችንና የኢንፎርሜሽን ኮሙኒኬሽን ዘርፉን ለማጠናከር በመቻሉ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
በማህበረሰብ አቀፍ አገልግሎት ዘርፍ እና በምርምር ዘርፉ በትኩረት እየተሰራ መሆኑን አስታውሰው በተለይም እንደክልል የሜዲካል ቱሪዝም ማዕከል መሆን የሚችል ሆስፒታል መኖሩንና ለማህበረሰቡም በስፋት አገልግሎት እየሰጠ እንደሆነ ክቡር ዶክተር ደረጀ ዱጉማ ገልጸዋል፡፡
ክቡር ዶክተር ፋሪስ ደሊል የወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዚዳንት በበኩላቸው እንደገለጹት ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ባስቀመጠው አቅጣጫ መሰረት እና መንግስት ለትምህርት ጥራት በሰጠው ልዩ ትኩረት ከ2015 ዓም ጀምሮ የሚመረቁ ተማሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና ( Exit Exam) እየተፈተኑ እና የአሰለጣጠን ብቃታቸው እየተፈተሸ እንዲመረቁ በተቀመጠው የትኩረት አቅጣጫ መሰረት ይህንን እውን ለማድረግ ተቋማችን ልዩ ቅድመ ዝግጅት በማድረግ በትኩረት ሲሰራ የቆየ መሆኑን በማስታወስ ለመውጫ ፈተና ከተቀመጡት ተማሪዎች መካከል በ2015 ዓ.ም 79% በ2016 ዓ.ም. 82.5% በ2017 ዓ.ም. 91% በማሳለፍ እጅግ አመርቂ ውጤት መመዝገቡን ገልጸዋል፡፡
ዶክተር ፋሪስ አያይዘውም ካምፓሱ ከጅምር ጀምሮ እዚህ ደረጃ ላይ እንዲደርስ ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ያበረከቱትን የቀድሞ የዩኒቨርሲቲ አመራሮች፣ በከፍተኛ የስራ ክትትል ድጋፍ ያደረጉትን የፕሮጀክት ጽ/ቤት ሰራተኞች፣ የህንጻዎቹ ተቋራጮች፣ ግንባታውን በቅርበት ሲከታተሉና ለግንባታ ስራው መሻሻል እጅግ ገንቢ የሆነ አስተያየት ሲሰጡ የነበሩትን የማኔጅመንትና የካውንስል አባላትን አመስግነዋል፡፡
ዶክተር ፋሪስ በንግግራቸው ላይ ይህ ካምፓስ እዚህ ላይ ከመድረሱ በፊት ያለፋቸውን ዝርዝር ሂደቶችን በስፋት ዳስሰዋል፡፡
ክቡር አቶ ሙስጠፋ ሀሰን የምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞን ዋና አስተዳዳሪ በበኩላቸው የካምፓስ ጥያቄው ምላሽ ማግኘቱን ገልጸው ትምህርት የህልውና መሰረት እንዲሁም ለኢኮኖሚና ማህበራዊ ብልጽግና አቢይ ሚና የሚጫወት መሆኑን አብራርተዋል፡፡
በፕሮግራሙ ላይ የእውቅና፣ የምስጋናና የምስክር ወረቀት አሰጣጥ ሂደት የተከናወነ ሲሆን የማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የማርሽ ቡድን እና የምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞን የባህል ኪነት ቡድን ልዩ ልዩ ጣዕመ ዜማዎችን በማቅረብ ዝግጅቱን አድምቀውታል፡፡
