Research interest

Research area

Detail explanation

Researches related with the role of wetland to the ecosystem, cause of wetland degradation, consequences of wetland degradation on the ecosystem and management option to tackle their degradation are my core areas of interest.

Aquatic biodiversity

It is also my great interest to conduct research on human induced factors that affect water resources of the country which in turn have adverse impact on the biodiversity that is supported by the system.

I am pleased to conduct researches on aquatic organisms particularly on fishes which have tremendous potential in captivity and thereby provide opportunity to ensure food security.
