Statistical Analysis of Delivery Care Service Utilization of Women in Gurage Zone: Application of Generalized Linear Mixed model

Delivery care  through  access  to  health  facilities  and  skilled  health  personnel  are  the  main important  interventions  for  safe  motherhood. This researchwill try to fill the gaps by identifying factors which potentially affect delivery care services utilization of mothers. Also the prevalence of delivery care service utilization will be assessed and the plausible model will be fitted and interpreted for delivery care service utilization of mothers in Gurage zone.

Detail explanation

1

Application of statistics for biological data

It deals with applying appropriate statistical methods in accordance with data properties and nature  to extract relevant information for the purpose of drawing conclusion ,recommendation and for remedial action.

2

Statistical models for qualitative data

In statistics qualitative data are not directly measured rather without losing any information we apply suitable models to inquire the facts behind that data. Non-linear model is well known statistical models to overcome such problems.
