Objectives/Goals
Primary Objective: The main goal of the Registrar Director position is to oversee and manage all academic records, student registration, enrollment processes, and institutional compliance with educational policies and regulations. The registrar ensures the integrity, security, and accuracy of student records, facilitates efficient academic calendars, issuing Degree and supports institutional goals by providing data for decision-making. Additionally, the registrar plays a crucial role in enhancing student services, improving administrative efficiency, and ensuring adherence to university policies and government regulations.
Admission
At the beginning of each semester, continuing students must complete the course registration process for the upcoming term. This process is carried out at the Office of Student Affairs within their respective colleges.
To register, students must obtain three copies of the registration form from their department. After completing the necessary details, the forms must be signed by the department or school head. One copy should be submitted to the College Office of Student Affairs, and another to the University Registrar’s Office.
Prospective applicants who meet the minimum entry requirements for each department are invited to apply through the Registrar’s Office at Wolkite University.

Objectives/Goals the Office
The Office of the Assistant Registrar is established to support the efficient and effective functioning of the University’s academic administrative operations. The office works under the University Registrar Directorate and is responsible for assisting in the implementation of university-wide policies and directives related to student admission, registration, academic records management, and graduation. It also plays a key role in coordinating and supporting registrar experts at the central level and registrar units within colleges and schools, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with university regulations.
