                 Biography:

    The instructor was born from his father, Zerga Heterat and his mother Teju Nisrane in 1992 GC at Azer and Sise kebele, Cheha Wereda, Gurage zone, South Nation of Ethiopia. He attended his elementary and junior classes at Abafransua Markos Elementary and Junior School, Gubre from 1997 to 2007. He attended his high school education at former Goro know Yaberus Comprehensive Secondary School, Wolkite from 2008 to 2009 GC. Then he joined Arbaminch University in 2010 and graduated in Horticulture with B. Sc. degree in June 2012. After his graduation, he was employed by Technical Assistance at Wolkite University until 2014. He joined Haramaya University for MSc program and graduated in Plant Breeding in July 2016. After graduation he is employing as a Lecturer and Researcher at Wolkite University in the department of Horticulture.

Research interest

  1. Crop improvement: Adaptation trail of major cereal and Horticultural crop to and study their quality analysis. Moreover, besides conventional breeding characterization of crops with different markers will be further research interest.
