Professor Dejene and Professor Shekhar participated in the recently concluded 3rd International Conference on “CSR & Sustainable Development” which was held on May 4 -5, 2015 at Sharjah, in UAE. Both presented a joint paper on “Practices of Corporate Social Responsibility in Ethiopia – Some Cases”. In additions, Prof. Dejene delivered a valedictory address and also handed over best three papers to the participants while Prof. Shekhar chaired a session on “Impact Assessment, CSR Standards and Reporting”. It was a good networking opportunity for Wolkite University and a fruitful visit.
